Road:-Most of the cities connected with National Highways and state highways.NH 8,NH 26,NH 3,NH 1,NH 1A,are the highways which gives you super buttery driving experience.Most of the parts are well maintained and having all essential help options like ambulance,vehicle failure help and well police patrolling for security of travelers.
Food:-This part is most likable for me in North India.Food in this part is not expensive.Road side Dhabas serves fresh food with natural taste which includes touch of local State.Some special dishes, Rajasthan-DalBati Churama.
Himachal-Noodles
Panjab/Hariyana-Parantha and lassi
Uttar pradesh-Jalebi with Malai
And all always favourite Panjabi dishesh with Roti available at all parts of this region.
Staying:-When we consider staying option while self driving we always prefers road side options.In this region there are some road patches like Yamuna Express highway where road side Dhabas provides free rest rooms for drivers and travellers.You have to only eat there and use the rest room options total free.Huge parking area,Garden,Water,toilet and bathroom ..what we need for resting for 2 to 3 hours while driving for a long road trip?
